New teams in the Global Champions League

An exciting affair every year: the announcement of the new teams in the Longines Global Champions Tour.

In addition to the well-established teams such as "Valkenswaard United" or the "Miami Celtics", there will also be completely new teams this year, such as the "Stockholm Hearts" or the "Istanbul Sultans".

From a German point of view, there are many experienced riders such as Ludger Beerbaum, Christian Ahlmann and Marcus Ehning.
But there were a few surprises: Many of the talented U25 riders, such as Richard Vogel, Philipp Schulze-Topphoff, Katrin Eckermann or older newcomers such as Jens Baackmann or Hans Dieter Dreher are there.

The first station will traditionally take place in Doha (Qatar) in mid-March.
