He was the last of the ten qualified riders to enter the winning round at the CSI4* World Cup Grand Prix of Morocco and pulverised the best time of the always fast Simon Delestre: With a double zero in 34.61 seconds, Abdelkebir Ouaddar on the Casall son Istanbull V.H Ooievaarshof secured the home victory in El Jadida in the Grand Prix of King Mohammed VI, including the prize money of 25,000 Euros. His French competitor remained in second place after taking 37.14 seconds for the shortened round on I Amelusina R (by Dexter R). For Kebir, as everyone just calls him, it was the fifth victory on the Morocco Royal Tour and - after Tetouan - the second World Cup win.
A German rider also made it to the final: David Will took 37.50 seconds with Zaccorado Blue (by Zirocco Blue) and finished an excellent third ahead of Niklaus Schurtenberger on Quincassi (by Quintero) and Jerome Guery on Azaria Dinero (by Mylord Carthago).

The three other German riders missed out on the final round: Rene Dittmer had a fault in the middle of the triple combination with Burlington Riverland (by Mylord Carthago), Nicola Pohl on Catz de Sulpice and Sophie Hinners on Fbw Graphik had even brought home eight points each from the round.
It was an unusual atmosphere for European riders in the packed hall. Not only because most of them had already completed a third of their course before they were completely introduced from the loudspeakers. The announcement with all the details was in English, Arabic and French. In addition, there was an enthusiastic audience that regularly applauded even the flawless overcoming of individual obstacles. This was also undivided applause for a German: Peter Schumacher, who also sets up at the CHIO Aachen, was the course director in Morocco.
