s-Hertogenbosch: Another double victory for Jessica and Dalera

s-Hertogenbosch (fn-press). Jessica von Bredow-Werndl (Aubenhausen) added two more victories to her impressive winning streak. At the "The Dutch Masters" tournament in the Brabanthallen in s-Hertogenbosch, she first won the short Grand Prix with the Trakehner mare TSF Dalera BB and the following day also the World Cup Freestyle - again with over 90 percent.

In the last twelve starts on the Grand Prix arena, the result was first place. At the World Cup event in s-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands, the competition had nothing to oppose the German gold pair, Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and TSF Dalera BB. Another perfect freestyle was achieved, in which the 15-year-old Trakehner (by Easy Game) didn't allow herself the slightest blunder. Three of the five judges awarded more than 90 percent, the Olympic champions and European champions from 2021 achieved a total of 90.555 percent (Short Grand Prix 84.026). Jessica von Bredow-Werndl said: "It was great to ride in front of an audience again, but that's definitely a different situation." In fact, some horses had problems, were distracted, shy and allowed themselves one or the other "jump". Dalera, on the other hand, played all her routine and danced confidently to victory.

As in the short Grand Prix, Isabell Werth (Rheinberg) also secured second place in the freestyle. In the saddle of the Brandenburg stallion DSP-Quantaz she scored 84.87 percent (Short Grand Prix: 79.053). The Quaterback son had given small samples of his temperament three weeks earlier at the World Cup in Neumünster. "He was great here today, I'm totally satisfied," said Werth.

The Swede Patrik Kittel, who lives in Münsterland, presented a still relatively unknown horse in the arena of s-Hertogenbosch. He presented the third-best freestyle (82.5 percent) with the ten-year-old Westphalian mare Forever Young. The daughter of Fürst Fugger impresses with an outstanding movement potential. Kittel said happily: “It was her first freestyle and her first award ceremony in front of such a large audience. I think she likes situations like that.” Third place in the Kurz Grand Prix was achieved by the British Charlotte Fry, who lives in the Netherlands, with the KWPN gelding Dark Legend (76.447). In the freestyle, they finished fourth (82.325). hen
