One of the most beautiful equestrian facilities in the German-speaking world will be auctioned on Thursday evening, April 15 at 5 pm. The previous owner is none other than the Ukrainian oligarch Alexander Onischenko.

Among riders throughout Germany, the Einhaus estate is well known. Whether as a riding facility, tournament venue, stud farm or short-term home of Ukrainian millionaire Alexander Onischenko. But Onischenko is nowhere to be found!
It seems that the man, who is wanted in Ukraine by arrest warrant, has disappeared again. For the Ukrainian actually nothing new!

The Einhaus estate is located in the town of "Herzlage" in Lower Saxony. From the equestrian division view of the Federal Republic, it is located in Weser-Ems, the horse Mecca of Germany.
Just within a radius of 20 km there are, among others, the facility and stallion station of the Tebbel family, whose landlord René took the citizenship of Ukraine through Onischenko. Also just a stone's throw away is the town of "Menslage", where, for example, the Ramsbrock family has built its breeding station.
In principle, therefore, not bad conditions for continuing to establish oneself in the horse business. Onischenko himself once announced that he would also like to organize larger tournaments at Gut Einhaus.
After a dispute with the city administration and a few residents who did not want to bring a Ukrainian oligarch into their home, some tournaments also took place.
Why the facility is auctioned is still unclear!
Some suspect Onischenko went underground again for economic political reasons.
He had already gone underground several times, most recently in 2016, as he was wanted by arrest warrant in his home country of Ukraine.
Also he has already had police experiences in Germany. He was arrested at a police station in Bremen on November 28, 2019. He had come from Spain and wanted to testify at the station as a witness in a fraud case.
The officers told him that there was an arrest warrant from Ukraine for corruption and that they would arrest him on that basis. In May 2020, the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court ruled that he could not be extradited to Ukraine. The reasoning behind the ruling was largely based on the fact that the detention conditions on the ground did not comply with international law. Onischenko was released from custody.

So it remains exciting who will be the new owner of this charming facility!
